Film Fest Gent Volunteer - hospitality host

Do you enjoy warmly welcoming people in a business setting? Do you like engaging with guests and helping ensure that business events run smoothly? Then the Hospitality Hosts team might be just right for you!

In this role, you take into account the needs and wishes of clients or partners. Throughout the festival, Film Fest Ghent welcomes partners and companies every day for previews and receptions at the FFG HUB. As a host, you ensure a warm welcome, guide guests, and handle ticket checking during business events.

You get to experience the festival from the front row, and we are extremely grateful for your help. You will undoubtedly feel a great sense of satisfaction knowing that you are helping bring films and stories from all over the world to the FFG audience. During the festival, you will also meet many different people and gain relevant work experience.
