During the festival, the Film Fest Café on the festival grounds is the beating heart of Film Fest Gent.

Every year, we look for a team of motivated bar volunteers to serve visitors and guests. Do you already have experience in the hospitality industry or behind the bar at larger events? Do you enjoy pouring a perfectly poured beer or making a delicious cappuccino? Is this your way of contributing to a great festival experience? Then you’re the bar volunteer we’re looking for!

You’ll experience the festival from the front row, and we’re incredibly grateful to you. During the festival, you’ll also meet lots of different people and gain valuable work experience.
