Harvest festival - logistics

From 10 till 12h we will

• set up the tents
• install a little shop with pies and drinks
• set up tables and chairs
• hang party flags and arrows to lead the way

The harvest festival lasts till 17h, afterwards we can use help with cleaning up the site

• breaking down tents
• loading everything back up in the cars
• removing the flags
• making sure everything is left behind cleanly
