CISV is an international, volunteer-driven organisation that brings young people together to promote intercultural friendship, understanding and cooperation. Based on the belief that peace is possible through building lasting relationships, CISV offers educational and experiential programmes for children and young people. These programmes encourage personal development, leadership and active citizenship in a diverse, global community. CISV is active in dozens of countries and organises camps, exchanges and local activities that inspire young people to contribute to a more just and peaceful world.
