Can I contact volunteers directly?

No, you can never directly contact volunteers you have found via the search function. This always goes through a contact form to protect the volunteer's privacy.

The volunteer will then receive an email with:

• Your message

• Your email address

• Some more information about your organization

The volunteer decides for themselves whether or not to respond to your message.
