Storytelling Hero: Inspire Young Minds at Fedasil Machelen!

Twice a month on Wednesdays, you get the wonderful opportunity to read aloud to children aged 4 to 12 in the warm environment of the Fedasil Broechem center. During these engaging story sessions, we explore imaginative tales together, dive into books, and unleash our creative talents. It's all about nurturing curiosity and making connections! Our story workshops run from September 2026 to June 2027, on Wednesdays from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM. Whether you have prior experience or not, feel free to join us for a session and see if this creative journey sparks joy in you!

By volunteering at Fedasil Broechem, you'll witness firsthand the difference you can make in the lives of children facing challenges. Not only will you nurture their love for stories, but you'll also develop your creative skills in a collaborative environment. Engage in enriching workshops where you’ll learn about innovative storytelling techniques, such as kamishibai, and connect with other passionate volunteers who share your commitment to making a positive impact.
