Do volunteer work in Schaarbeek?
Volunteering
Local organisations look for volunteers in care, youth work, sport, culture, nature and social services. You'll find opportunities in hospitals and residential care centres, youth movements, sports clubs, schools, cultural venues and social organisations. Some are one-on-one — being a buddy, providing transport, helping with homework — others run in groups, such as helping a festival run smoothly or supporting food distributions. With a few hours a week, a defined project or a one-off event, you support an organisation whose work appeals to you. Most assignments are unpaid, though some organisations provide an expense reimbursement or volunteer allowance.
