Wild herb Walk in Zwijnaarde
Description
Come and immerse yourself in the world of wild herbs with your team. Get to know, taste, and prepare the weeds from your own garden.
Julie will take you on a tour of the food forest, a guided tour where we'll learn about all sorts of plants, both wild and not so wild. You'll learn how to pick them safely, and we'll prepare a few dishes together.
Program
This walk lasts 2 to 3 hours and can be flexibly adjusted.
We'll start with a guided tour and herb walk.
Then we'll cook and, above all, enjoy plenty of tasting.
You can pick your own herbs, and we'll prepare some dishes based on cooking instructions.

Directions
Bicycles may be placed against the fence. Cars are not allowed on the grounds.
Julie will meet you at the main entrance and will take you to the food forest. A map will also be sent by email.
Clothing
Weather-appropriate:
Rain/cold: Dress warmly with a waterproof jacket, umbrella, and good shoes that can handle muddy and wet conditions.
There is currently no shelter from the rain. In case of heavy rain, the activity will be canceled.
Sun: Wear a hat or cap, and don't forget sunscreen!
Extra information
There is no toilet in the forest, but there is one a 5-minute bike ride away at the tram stop/Zwijnaarde Bibliotheek.
