Gardening with Overvloed

Being active outside in greenery is healthy, deepens connection and improves biodiversity. Thus whin-win-win as it is positive for yourself, others and nature.

Throughout the year there is always something to do, always different - e.g. refilling the paths with chipped wood, refurbishing structures, sowing, planting, weeding, harvesting...

When working in the garden without expectations, you will also gain insights for your daily and professional life - e.g., which items do I give room or not (in my schedule), how to prevent feeling overwhelmed or tackle new situations, how can the potential of collaboration best be utilized, etc.

1) Warm welcome & arrival

2) Explaining tasks which each participant can choose according to own interests & talent

3) ca 2h to perform the task (or 2x 1u for different tasks)

4) refreshing snack & drink while exchanging experiences

5) round up and clean up

-> this fills either a morning or afternoon (whole day could also be possible)
